Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

Customers can return any unused stock within 30 days for a full refund or credit on their account.

Items that are used, damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective. We are not able to accept partially used product as a return i.e. a case of paper towel with one or more rolls missing.

Equipment Return

New
Customers have 30 days to decide if they want to keep the machine. New machines come with a warranty. If the machine is returned during the 30-day period and is damaged, the customer forfeits their refund.

Used
When used equipment is sold at a discounted price, there are no returns. It is a final sale. It comes with a 90-day warranty.

Special Orders
When a customer orders equipment that we do not usually stock it is considered a special order. These orders are final sale, there are no returns.

Matting

Damaged on Delivery

If an item (sanitation, equipment, etc.) is damaged or defective upon delivery, the item can be returned or replaced at no cost to the customer. Freight will not be charged for a return or replacement.
