If I choose Pick Up when checking out, how soon can I come and pick up my order?

If you chose to pick up your order, your order will be available for pick up within an hour if you placed your order during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm). If you placed your order outside of our office hours, your order will be ready by 10 am the next business day.

If I choose Free Shipping, how soon can I expect my order to arrive?

For Brandon: Orders placed before noon should be delivered that afternoon if not, the following day.

For outside of Brandon: We have a schedule for our deliveries outside of Brandon that work on a four week cycle. Call us at 204-729-9210 to find out when your delivery day is.

Can I change my shipping method after I place my order?

Yes, after your order is placed either send an email to office@progressivewestman.ca or call 204-729-9210.

What can I return?

Customers can return any unused stock within 30 days for a full refund or credit on their account.

Items that are used, damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective. We are not able to accept partially used product as a return i.e. a case of paper towel with one or more rolls missing.
