Every carpet cleaning appointment—residential, commercial, apartment, or hotel—includes a $155 minimum stop charge. This covers travel within Brandon, setup time, and up to 282 sq.ft of cleaning (or the equivalent value in rooms).
If your space goes beyond 282 sq.ft, pricing simply switches to our standard rates:
Residential: $0.55 per sq.ft after 282 sq.ft
Commercial: Tiered per-sq.ft rates
Hotels: $35 per room (first 10), then $30 per room
Jobs outside Brandon include a $1.00/km travel charge.
Because the minimum charge already covers a set amount of cleaning, customers often get better value by adding an extra room or area when they’re close to the threshold.
